Problem on +13 - +15
i have problem look that +12
is give +attack and + accuracy
but look on +15
and here i don`t get +attack or +accuracy...
Help me  Thanks

This is absolutely ridiculous. If you're going to belittle the original poster, don't post at all. People who are insulting other members and requesting rules to censor them are part of the problem. If you see this post as a problem, take it upon yourself to point the member in the right direction of asking for help here. For example:
Anone.ious: Give us a complete step-by-step guide to how you attempted to implement this. What you're doing isn't any kind of secret, so I'm sure someone will be able to tell you where you missed a step in your implementation. Is that understood? If not and you don't post more details, there's nothing we can do for you.

I just think he added weapons into itemadd.ini with their IDs,
but the rule for 1 handed (Except BS) is 444***, 2 handed (Except Bow) 555*** and ninja kats 644***
