[HELP] registering new account on website and pserver

OK; me and my friend are trying to get some stuff done to create a private server, now all we need is to figure out how to make other people register so they can get in game bu we need the HTML source to make an area for registration and we need the code for CO so we can have people able to log in. So please help thank you.

misunderstood me, what i and my friend needs is a way to have people able to sign in after registering but we can't figure out the register part after server is complete.

And how do you plan on doing that if you have no clue of the languages that can be used for that particular job?

How do you handle users in your source? -Flat file or database mysql or something?
