[REQUEST]Visual Studio C#

Hello everybody. I seach a Visual Studio for windows XP Professional service pack 2.
In microsoft website can download only version at SP1. Can't install it.

To enable the BITS:
1.

Click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Services.
2.

In Services, double-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service.
3.

In the Background Intelligent Transfer Service Properties dialog, choose Automatic for the Startup type, and then click Start.
4.

Click OK to close the Background Intelligent Transfer Service Properties dialog.


But i see there says the system has detected u don't have the minimum requirements :|.
Can u tell me what processor or RAM do u have?
