Looking for a php coder

I know the basics of HTML, I just pretty much need a php coder so post here or PM me if your good in php. Don't waste my time if you don't know how.

For one I need a registration page that will work on a normal website, not one that only works on your hamachi IP or whatever. Preferably with username, pass, and ID number.

And also a cookie made when you click a link from the ToS page, otherwise if you don't have the cookie it'll redirect you to the ToS page.

Ok for the Hamachi IP thing, you can choose an Free Webhoster with MySQL Database Online and use that or you can use dyndns / no-ip.

For the ToS thing you can use SESSION in PHP.
SESSION are things wich you can create and check if they allready set and many Things more

Well If you bought a normal website make sure it has PHP and MYSQL Enabled.
