Co MoneyHack 5165?

Hey, I've been playing on a server called Serenity-Co lately, and I've been helping the PM there during this time.

We've seen 3 people using some kind of GLITCH or HACK for the v5165 client so far, and I don't understand how it's possible, considering the money are server-sided..


If anyone knows about an explanation, please tell me !

More than likely there isn't a server side check at some point.
Maybe a quest reward, maybe its a command, maybe its the dice king.

Hard to say exactly, but you need to check everywhere money is rewarded and make sure its not exploitable.

^The reason why writing your own source is much better because you'll know exactly how everything works as you've been writing it.

1. It makes it easier to debug and go through the codes, spotting possible mistakes.

2. You can easily rewrite things because again you understand how it was written in the first place.
