I really need answers for those questions

1.Why i can't run the server on my PC without hamachi like VPS
2.Why VPS is better than my PC?
3.Can I run the server on my own pc without hamachi?

Please Any one answer those questions

, has better internet speeds and it is dedicated to running what you want it to run. You use your pc for browsing, playing games and so on. That will slow down the server and if you download things the ping will most likely go crazy. Plus, power isnt free, so you would probably turn off the pc wich means the server is offline until you boot it up and start it again.

Thanks for your reply, but i'am using USB 3G Modem and it's dynamic IP not static but i heard i can make it static by NO-IP service
soo if you can explain me how to do this (Run the server without hamachi on my own pc ) i'll be very happy

NO-IP is a DNS service, basically you pay for a web address that points to whatever IP address you want.
So you give your players your NO-IP address, lets call it karem.NO-IP.com.
And that is what they use to connect to your server.
If your IP changes, you simply change where the NO-IP points to, and then your players can still connect.

But if you are just using the private server for yourself to play on, this isn't needed.
You just need your external IP address with ports forwarded. If the IP address changes, you can just change it yourself.
Don't ask for help port forwarding here though, there is a huge amount of help available on the internet for that.

Also keep in mind that 3G will have horrible latency and insane bandwidth costs if you try to host a server with it.

You'd literally be running a conquer pserver off your cellphone internet connection rofl.

and everything is worked fine

hamachi helps in making my local testing sever even i have no internet after having installed it.
