Make sure that the case is set well and also check the posts made on thread.

Idk if you fixed it but the same thing happened to me and it was the wrong location of the dialog. Make sure the npc dialog is under the line:

}

switch (client.ActiveNpc)
{
in VS - NPCs.cs

Otherwise the NPC will never display the dialog.

You need to make sure that the NPC you have spawned has s script or a dialog, if not you need to code.. Check where the NPCs are coded and add the NPC ID and a dialog, as for the NPC name, you can change that from INI/npc.ini
