5017 Client problem

When ever i hit play it says I don't have appropriate permission to open play.exe

Because the account (on your computer) that your logged into doesnt have administration rights. You are probably a guest.

Then don't type one in, just press Go, Enter, Submit whatever you will...

Im on an admin and it dont work

And it says blank pass dont work.

The Conquer.exe doesnt have the icon or the tq digital entertainment under it

And 5065 clients work just 5017 dont

Its your client that doesnt work, try a different 5017 one.
