5017 Client?

Are there any clients out there that just have the stuff required to play a pserver? Like the CIDLoader and CIDserver.dat and not custom edits and what not.

CIDLoader is not needed to play on private servers.

Then how would I connect using a totally unedited client? I tried it earlier but it didn't work

If it's a Hamachi server you would need to join their network. After that you would need to put his or her Hamachi IP in your CIDServer file in your client folder. Here is an unedited 6017 client.

When will people learn?

If you're NOT running a server off of YOUR computer, then you DON'T need to use anything CID.

If you're trying to connect to a remote (not yours) server, then you are doing it wrong.

It is my server, I edited the server.dat and used play bypassed the autopatch and then it just closes.

xD Just Starting if u are not Host the Server the Client with balknull xD and
hey.. CID Loader is Only use full if u connect to ur Server with the 127.0.0.1 IP..
xD So It´s not hard to connect

Wtf are you talking about? You cant just get any client and connect...You need to enter THEIR IP if its not your server, and if it is your server you add your IP...

Use the client I provided you with if your server is 5017. Put your IP address where it's supposed to go and it will work. Having trouble? PM me.
