I dedicated my private server on exon.fr
But my source does not connectto my database. I have put the good ID.

Are you even speaking of a Conquer Online private server mate?

If so, what error are you trying to get through to us? Simply by saying "I have put the good ID" can mean anything in a database, e.g.: account ID, character UID, ItemID, etc..

Please elaborate a little more like Fang said.
