ECO Launcher

Because this is the PServer - Discussions section, I figured I'd post this here and see what you guys thought.

So we've decided to open up a second server for . I created a launcher to run the client for either our High-Rate server or our Low-Rate server.

Basically what it does, on the load it deletes the ini file the launcher uses to connect to the server.

When you push either High-Rate or Low-Rate it re-creates that file with the desired IP.
