[REQ] Help with CoEmu v2 (PHP)

Well im not that experienced with PHP and i thougt someone could help me

Can someone make me a sort of login working on these words below?

Damount=
Dcode=
Dpass=

they are stored in an ini file

If the Dcode and Dpass matches with the one in the .ini
Can someone add the function to update in the mysql DB
that Damount for example

[ Login form]
Dcode [ blabla ]
Dpass [ bblalb ]
Username [ blalba ]
Password [ blabl ]

[CLAIM]

[/Login form]

Dcode,Dpass and damount are stored in the .ini and Username + password are from the CoEmu v2 database

So if they match it adds

Damount = 255
so it adds 255 cps to the account blalba or other account that is submitted

Help will be appreciated(Flaming not)
