Question:
1. How to open (.DLL) files?
2. How to Decompile (.DLL) files from C#/C++/VB?
3. What is the program to read what inside in (.DLL) file?

1. Whats the reason?
Ans: I want to open and edit all (.DLL) files of Conquer Online inside Client to put StarTower, HeavenFan also the Nobility (Real one), VIP and Locker in Client 5017.

2. Why you woudnt just copy and paste it?
Ans: I tried many times but its useless...

You should just stay within the perimeter of 5017 with the client. Anyways, you just edit the client not the dll files, I think.

For your 3 questions, just Google 'decompile C++ dlls', '.Net Reflector', etc.
