I highly believe that when he tried adding the NPC, he ragequitted and beasted on his keyboard. So now, both Shift keys are broke and the Caps Lock key also. So, for some reason, he is now typing in all caps.

What I'm asking for is the packets for an NPC that will give you King/Queen ranks, I don't want to add anything into the database, I just want all my players to have that rank and effect, there has to be a way to do this.
I hope someone can post the stuff needed that WORKS, I've been up for about 15...

when you enter guild gate you see a top 5 guilds is it possible that when you enter Market and Twincity and Jail and PKArena you see a top 5 players based on Level EXP? so when you have 2x lvl 134 they will rank the 134 higher with the higher exp.
