[Request]/[Help] 5065 Private Server

Hey, well I've been playing Co for nearly 4 1/2 years, and i played a couple of private servers and most of them closed down and other just suck. So I'm making my own private server.
I already know how to code. I don't like patch 5017, it' just to old.
So i'm making a 5065 source but i need something to build on. Building a new source from scratch isn't easy cuz i never seen a 5065 source. So does any have a 5065 basic source that i can build one and is it possible to build on a 5017 source.
I already have a dedicated server.
