[CoEmu] Help me please.

Im new to coding and stuff but i followed every guide i have found for this.
My freind tryed to help he was owner and coder of Undead co and he didnt figure it out either. i edited server.dat and all the ips in the source. started over a few times with the origional. login server runs no erros as well as the game server but everytime i try to login i get Loading like login server froze any help ill greatly appreacate THX.

if the database and source is on your computer, reguardless of what IP you are using, be it Hamachi(Like mine atm) or a portforwarded one. so long as its on your computer you IP has to be set as 127.0.0.1 in the CO folder. try reputting in the CoEmu and the Server.Dat from to coexe.rar file thats somewhere on here. I know it happened to me to lol. best of luck.

new question im on teamveiwer with a freind setting him and account up to help it keeps saying connection timed out on game server cmd any ideas?

What i know now is the problem is that if you have andy's server.dat (Im sure its with all server.dat's) That if you change CoEmu to a different name it will freeze up so I'm trying to figure that all out

and the guide I originally had up only worked if you didnt change the name in Server.dat so I took it down

I used Andy's Conquer.exe and Server.dat and I changed my name without problems.

//edit I can't use a other IP though =/ crashes when I put a hamachi IP in the server.dat.

IDK its making me mad though... I saw the guides and **** it lets them do that no problem.. Dont know what it is with me though =/

Yep, if the server.dat is reading the source off your computer with CoEmu it wont work... usually just errors out. But the 127.0.0.1 in the server.dat does work. and my Gameserver.exe does that too... usually everytime on my first log. try to relog, or change the first character ID to 1100000 (it might be one less 0 lol) but usually by exiting the client, or just trying to log in again works for me. post your updates :P

The problem is this for me and other people who get login freeze

If you change that it will freeze but if you change this

Code:

		<field name="FlashName">SERVERNAME</field>

It will work its a weird thing

I mean if it works.. I can repost my guide I guess but your loginserver.exe still says logging into CoEmu still but if client shows your ServerName and you can login it must be good enough =/
