i need help with client 5065

guys i ve made a pvp server using client 5065 but idk how to change it's language to english and idk how to increase the drop rate can any 1 help??

can u borrow me the source and tell me how to get it works ,, another things it's pvp server ,, so u will have commands ,, not leveling and drop rate lol
