So you're looking for a turnkey money making private server?

Don't bother with EPVP. Here we focus on actually making sources. No public sources will work for your purposes and any source you buy here will also not work for what you want.

You're better off buying some ****** binary server and scamming your players with that as everything 'works' in it because they are the official tq server files. Just pay someone to do the translations and events for you and you'd be just fine for ripping people off.
