thats right, im selling the account server c# source, then u can modify and do it the way u want it.
the account server is the one everyone uses.
so, put ur offer here

The password is likely just a hash.
It's possible to simply remove the password from the archive on old archives, it depends on his WinRAR version. We used to do this **** for fun back in the days when HTS IRC wasn't full of dipshits. :P
EDIT: Rar'd with 2.9, that's crackable. I'd take it down if I were him.
