[Help] Ports for CoEmu V2

I've got the CoEmu V2 Source and we've done everything the Guide says... The IP's are 127.0.0.1 in the Server.dat and it says Server Maintenance Or Internet Congestion. It did this before with another Private Server because of the Ports... What Ports does CoEmu V2 Use?
