Last time I checked, this section of the CO2 area is open to guests; so just because someone made a new account doesn't necessarily mean they're "new" here; they're just "new" to posting.

2.Thers no way to be making a "Own source" from scratch in 2 days , am I right?Well it is but not with as many features.
3.List he posted is exact same Reflexis posted in hes thread...

1 & 2 are all credited to his registration date; and as I've posted, this section is open to guests for browsing.
So that leaves #3 as your only thing against him :/
edit: Although I will add, him having that list "Owner: BasicCoder; Coder: None" is suspicious.
