can someone give me an ideal how to fix these portals from people geting stuck?

what?? lol.. i think someone released how to convert ur whole server to ini... but i suggest u use the mysql to ini thing.. i think hybrid released one

Well, depends on what it's caused by. A portal that leads to nowhere. Or being "loged out" in between one.
