this database is version 4351. unless you have the bins for 4351 i wouldn't recommend using it because it checks your client version and if its x amount ahead of 4351 it will ban regular NON GM/PM accounts

Fix it then, its not that hard. Make an id in cq_action Type 1003, param 1002 *** YYY, and link it to the npc.

He's saying that TQ binaries aren't aloud, but this is not a binary, so it is legal to distrubute.
