about CO account server 5065

A friend named Zimbot telld me that if i dont whant DontSend/Send error report errors on my co account server for 5065 i must buy one from a chinese community with..like 70$.Can you guys offer my more informations?

i can host your server and you can use my Eacc
and you only get MySQL Account

and your server be online all day
