I think he means he wants a loader that will automatically connect to whatever IP he's hosting from.
I'd look into a service such as no-ip.com which has software which will auto forward to whatever dynamic ip you're currently running the server on.
That being said... homehost servers are complete **** and not worth playing on.

hm, I understand..
on brazil the ip change all days, and i only need one launcher to have same efect of launcher of 5095 servers, to change ip of cliente of players after he open the connquer launcher.
soz for bad english.

after i restart modem my ip change and players need change ip on cv3config...
i need one program or launcher to atualize ip of my server on cliente of players.

no-ip exists for exactly that reason.
Just have it run on your computer to update forwarding every time your modem resets.

if u don't know how to download/run a software, and write 1 or 2 really simple lines of code, why are u trying to make a co pserver?, isn't flaming, what i wanna say is that u should read a bit of C#, not necesary that u go to study 24128931 hours of programming, but the enough to notice that u can search in google for almost all the things that u will need while u are coding, instead of creating post and act like a blind untill someone give u what u want
