[NewServer] HooliGansCO new server with out any BUGS

HooliGansCO server with fixed all BUGs with full Translate working is Verison 5065 server still with Hamachi while we make it online non-Hamachi soon
for Hamachi rooms : HooliGan1 & HooliGan2 & HooliGan5 & HooliGan6
with password : 123 for all rooms
with friendly PMs
server money rate : high
i did it with my self with out elp any one

Binary = not fail .. I know alot about binary but I won't use it because my pc has low rams
