if u r beginer for sure it is .. but if u have Experience it would be very easy and as i got very good experience it was very easy
May be i am a beginner and u might be an experience one , but it is still special , easy or hard that was not the point it is special for a skill ,if u think it is not then name me one other spell uses the same system

i think my way is the easiest and common

Actually the proper way wont use that method ... but u can get show the skill effect through sending the Dagger Skill name effect to all players .. but in this case u have to convert the effect into Flag .. then work on it again
So he choosed the Wrong and Harder way of handling this skill .. dont use this method
i am not using it, i was just asking if u are using it, i am using the way that TQ uses (logged it of course) and that was the reason i know it is a special for a skill, thanks anyway

this way may be sending the effect but i dont like effects at anyway unless no other way, it may cause some lagging on client side
