[Question] How to edit skill's level

Where i can edit skills level with navicat?
I use TQ Binarys...

Note: i don't know if have command's to this in TQBinarys :/

/awardmagic number of the skill than number of the level
exp: /awardmagic 1020 4

here some commands can the [GM] and [PM] use it Commands:

Commands
there is few commands that [PM]/[GM]-s can use
/awarditem <item_id>
. . ex. /awarditem 1088000
. . ex. /awarditem 721259
. will give u item

/awardmagic <magic_id> <+how_many_levels_of_skill/magic...>
. . ex. /awardmagic 3321 1
. . ex. /awardmagic 9876 1
. will give u skill/magic/spell

/awardmoney <ammount_of_gold>
. . ex. /awardmoney 1000000
. will give u gold
. no there is no command to get CPs

/find <name_of_character>
. . ex. /find test
. will teleport u to the character specified by name

/superman
. . ex. /superman
. will change all urs stats to +500 permanently
. how to fix it back ?? run this as many times as u_need/executed_that_superman_before
. 

/fullxp
/xp
. those two r same it will fill urs XP time/bar so u can use urs XP skills

/uplev <how_many_levels>
. will give lvls ( -NUMBER doesn't work)

/fly <coords_x> <coords_y>
. . ex. /fly 444 444
. will move you on current map (only if u can stand on that coords)

/chgmap <map_id> <coords_x> <coords_y>
. . ex. /chgmap 1002 444 444
. I use this one quite often lol (well few others too) its relocate u to TC familiar as /fly

/broadcast <message_text_WITHOUT_spaces>
. . ex. /broadcast hi_peps_urs_beloved_admin_is_on_at_Tom[PM]
. broadcast GM message in middle of the screen

/life
/mana
. fill up urs hp or mp

/player map
/player all
. shows number of players in current map
. shows number of players on server

/pos
. shows urs position (useless command roofl)
... and so on ^^ this list is not complete.. but I am sure those r working.

/pro <profesionID>
. change yours proffesion to another
. . ex. /pro 142
. . ex. /pro 132

/sp <number>
. fill urs stamia to defined number  (first example should be good enought if u r not blessed)
. . ex. /sp 111
. . ex. /sp 222

/kickout <charName>
. will kick (force to disconnect) specified character by name
. . ex. /kickout test
. . ex. /kickout test2

/kickoutall
. this is little bit dangerous and somehow deadly for server try to not use it

cenzored *advanced*  >2commands
I will try add info about which can be done under who (PM / GM)
for sure GMs cant use /award... and cant work in TEAMs

I know about this list, BUUUUUUUT, some codes don't work O.O
Ex:
( /find .... /kickout .... /player all .... /fly xxx xxx .... /fullxp .....)This work...
But anything code about money,level,Job's,Weapons skill and magic don't
