Intern Mgr dont work help

My problem is;

My StreS.ini;

Code:

100120=Branch Mgr.
100121=Intern Mgr.
100122=Deputy Mgr.

NOTE:
2. picture are fictitious. I want it that way...
Excuse me, I am using language translation software..
Is there such a thing?
