There is a new Private Server that has recently been made and its called REVCO! It will be really cool and all of the GMs are really nice and helpful (I am one, I would know). Anyway, I said "will be" because server is not up yet. We are just finishing up some stuff and testing it at the moment. Its Hamachi, yes, most people don't like Hamachi but at least the server works!
Server Rates will be anywhere from 50-200 (we haven't decided yet)
