cant get Troy-Co to work

first time i downloaded it went to start it and it tryed to do a patch it after it was downloaded it had some error and now when i restart it it says no new updates click start game it trys to start then dose not i have the same problem with evilswar CO i can play normal conquer and HebirthCo just fine ive got directx 11 can any 1 help me out thanks in advance im also new to the site sorry if i posted in wrong area

what was the error?

disable any virus protection during install and try again

run it as administrator

ok i will ill let ill let you guys know what the error was when i redownload it if that dose not work

get to the updating ini files , get the parent directory for the patch , get the first patch number , edit your updating ini files , let it update all over again and it should work
else they are morons and never check the client they uploaded
but keep in mind it could be the loader/config or firewall(most likely it's not the firewall)

ok i redownloaded it with firewall off anti virus off and ran as admin still nothing im going to try what you said go for it and ill let you know thanks for the help so far

dose real player have anything to do with conquer every time i try to start troy-co of course it dont load up but when i go in to task manager it shows a real player that was not there be for i tryed to start it

well i couldnt find any update ini files i got it to pop up once but windows said it was not working and made me close it i noticed when it dose the up date it puts a rar file in the troy-co file its called 5670t rar file i extracted it in the files clicked yes to all nothing yet still dose the same thing says no new updates and no error pops up now it just makes a little bit of a flicker on the windows for the troy-co file like its tryin to start but dose not if you could explane a little more about the update ini file would be awesome sorry guys im not the smart at this kind of thing xD

Make sure after updating such programs/software to restart the computer so the changes can fully be applied.
