I'm always getting this problem... I went to database and line 1463 but I don't know how to fix it. Could some1 be helpful?

Fix: Delete that source. Learn C#. Start a new life using Hybirds.

Agree. Although your problem is that either MySQL is closed, or the server can`t get a connection. That source sucks, INI for life.
