How to add reg page in LOTF?

Can any 1 tell me how to make a reg page in LOTF source ? and how to make it to connect to the database

Umm, Try using the SEARCH button an, which MySQL do you use? There is alot of reg page guides for AppServ, Just download one of the reg pages an put it in C;AppServ/www or where ever you put the AppServ folder.. But seriously use search
