-1 All NPC Dont Work
-2 mobs dont move
3- how i can make reg page for ppl make account

its not called qonquer source its called lotf >< use a diff lotf more like the newer version or even better...HYBRIDS

The NPCs dont work because there are no coded NPCs yet (so no NPC dialog)
And the mobs dont move because well uuhhmm i dont know, i tryed to fix it like many other people did but it didnt work out for me.
Making a register page is a part of PHP, you can do it with C# to but you dont know how to make NPCs talking so i dont think that you can code with C#, learn PHP and then make a register page.
