lets make this short as possible and go straight to the point

most of servers are (this isn't exact values it's just an example)
monsters drop 10k cps , dragon soul is 100kk cps , nobility donations are 999kkk , donations are 10kk for 2 usd 10 le
what i want to do is
monsters drop 1 cps with 1 / 20 rate , dragon souls are as normal as they should be 100-500 cps , nobility donations are 1-10kkk after months , donations are 1075 cps for 1 usd

people should not be more than full +6/7 and by time people will get +8/9
server will have more than 13 quests (4 running all day) , offline quests on website, gambling room , random stunning prizes (for example 1 +6 stone , 5 +5 stones , 25 +4 stones , 125 +3 stones , 625 +2 stones , 3125 +1 stones) to be given to all players doing this quests also dragon souls and stuff


ill risk my time , money and friends to get this done but here comes what im worried about
why people playing in private servers ? they want to experience stuff they was never able to do in real servers
so do you think ill get members ?
do you think that there is someone will agree to hunt with elite/uni gears and super +2 bow ? and take an hr lvling up 124-125 ?

or maybe just public source with 10kk cps for 1 usd which last for one month will sounds better ?

there is no reason to flame , im talking about long term private server which will last for couple of years and not a single month
and in the end it's the same but it's just difference pricing
aka 1 monster = 1 cps and soul is 500 is same as 1 monster = 1kk cps and soul is 500kk cps (soul is just showing the pricing including and not limited to souls price)

and in the end , do you think it worth it anymore ?

Good question. Most people will think and believe that it is just a private server, not the real deal. That is why a server like that is hard to start with in the first place. I think it might be possible, but you will need to come up with great and new ideas to keep the players in the server satisfied. A server your referring to is hard to stay alive. For example, players can easily get discouraged when things just go too slow for them.

Anyways you were saying you would like to have a long term server. There are more ways to keep players play your server for a long time. For example having the ability to customize and make your character look cool and strong. It will keep players in the game, because not only do players want to be maxed out, they want to look the greatest and strongest of the server. Ofcourse, there are more factors to making a great long-term server, but I was just giving an example to you.

yes indeed you got a point
well i got almost 50-100 usd online (payza)
which will pay them throw maybe 3 months and the rest for ads
wish i can get money back in that 3 months to get dedi/better vps also better website
so yup im prepared for this slow progress but if it failed for more than 3 months i won't be able to save it and it won't survive

That is all up to you. Just make sure you promote your server before you open it, and start off with a good amount of players, and keep those players, so more will come. As well do I recommend you to have EVERYTHING correctly working before opening. I myself wouldn't like to join a server where things have been poorly coded.

i can't promise with having "everything correctly working before opening"
i can't promise with having a dedi or even awesome vps
i can't promise to secure the client against people who already know the encryptions and packet structures

but i can promise to implement a good protection system (server side including and not limited to counting packets per second)
i can promise there will be more than 5 pms active all day and night searching for botters/clickers
i can promise with an amazing gameplay full of quests , offline quests and a non overpowered server

i'm getting poor feedback which isn't really motivating me but i guess ill do this even if i got 10 players happy with the server ill keep paying until my last penny
