Qonquer 2.5

We would like to ask you all to come test the latest version of Qonquer. We have spent 3 weeks updating the old Qonquer to the newer one. It is still not finished and is in "Command Mode" currently.

You will need client version 5116 and a bypassed Server.dat client or an unaltered CO2 client and a dll file (see later). IP/Port information and account registration can be found on our site.

Note that although the registration may say you need to agree to the Terms Of Service, you do not have to do that, just log in.

Step by step guide on connecting.
1. Goto and download the client from there. Use your mouse to move the little arrow thing on the monitor screen and the buttons on the mouse to select the link when the little arrow thing on the monitor screen is over the link.
2. Install the client you just downloaded.
3. Patch the client to 5119. Patches to do this are downloadable from the link I just gave. I know this is hard for some of you but please keep trying.
4. Download the cracked exe rar file attached to this post. Extract it, it should contain 2 files Conquer.exe and Server.dat, copy these 2 files into your C:\Program Files\Conquer 2.0\ folder, doing so will overwrite 2 files that are already there, so answer yes when prompted. IF you are not prompted to overwrite the files, then you are not copying them into the right place and you need serious help.
5. Goto and fill out the form. Once you fill out the form correctly click the word ACTIVATE on the next page. On the next page it will say you must agree to the Terms of Service, ignore that it is not yet needed, you have an account ready now.
6. Run the client, you will see Qonquer2.5 in the first elements group, login to that server using the username and password you registered with.

EDIT: server.dat and exe attached.
EDIT2: To connect to Qo2.5 with an UNMODIFIED client version 5119, simply drop the attached ws2_32.dll into your client installtion folder. Then simply use Dark server to connect to QO, simple.
EDIT3: Client mod to make custom skills work.

if by DB you mean Database then yes, it always has had. If by new jump you mean the "flip" when wearing a katana, then yes, that is just client side. Dead jump?? Aint seen many ghosts jumping on the new one.

I used to be kinda active here, but I got involved with relationships, family, job etc.. plus I recently suffered a nervous breakdown and am taking fluoxetine, just maintaining QO became just about all I could handle, bear in mind that I am not a teenager, I am 40 years old. I have a few months off work because of the breakdown to sit down and get stuck into updates, which I really enjoy doing.

I'm more than willing to help other coders with protocol questions etc.. as i've decoded most of the new packet stuff in order to get 2.5 to the stage it is. But once I go back to work, i'll be lesss chatty.

One mistake I won't be making this time will be to release QOProxy2
