Good Thorough Guide

Can someone take the time to make a good guide to set up a private server preferably the newest source u can use/explain how to set it up. It would really be appreciated. Or Private Message Me. It would really help me, and proabably alot of other people. My system is windows 7 x64 bit. Thanks in advance if you actually take your time to do this.

Thanks, but i had a friend help me set it up, i used the Albatros Source as a base, i'm tinkering around a bit and coding little things at a time, i'm really interested in finding out what code does what stuff. So i'm messing around with it a bit, thanks anyway ^^
