v5670 Client setup&login.

i have opened the source and i open the client i try to log in my acc and it pops up "Server maintenance or Network congested,Try again later".
Am i missing something or am i doing anything wrong Please help me! :/ my csv3config.ini =

host=25.8.39.18
port=9999
GamePort=5816


The config for the source =
[Configuration]

AuthPort=9999
ServerName=CloudCO

[MySql]
Host=CloudCO <Is the name of my databse.
Username=root

And the Loaderset.ini =
[Loader]
IPAddress=25.8.39.18
LoginPort=9999
GamePort=5816
Website=http://www.elitepvpers.com
Force=TRUE

Oh and the console says [05:58:46] Loading Server Configuration!.
