Need A Working Guide !
I need a working guid which can teach me how to translate , how to add npcs , how to codes , how to change stuff lyk drop rates from monsters , how much money would it drops on which monster depends and lotto chances etc.

Alright..... If you know how to use winhex then this is simple.. I use mmosite for monster names then use monster.csv file to find ID# then just use the Vac offset # for the mobs and scroll untell you find the mobs
Mob Id# 3600 - 3617
3600,9,99,99,3,2800,1500,1200,1000,0,0,0,50,9,0,9 ,999,0,20,0,100,30,0,18,10,0,9,20,10,5,0,0,0,0,0,0 ,0,0,0,0,1
Ok your done with the first mob... Do this for all the mobs and stop after 3617
Also you can change the speed of the mob on the 130 map also...
