Hey everyone. Now before we go into this "oh hes just gonna start a server for 3 days and shut it down" speech, I'm not.. I'm actually just getting binaries for me and a few friends.. to play with and to test some combos for real conquer so please guys calm the flaming down . It's really unnecessary and hurtful at that.


now for the problem;

I'm receiving an error: Database open failed. db server:127.0.0.1, user:test, psw:test, db_name:cq, db_port:3306..


Now, I know I don't have the database files for the DB "cq" so I blame that on the video guide that I followed, For it had no speech in it, it was only text
and it was quite frankly missing a whole bunch of things. Now if anyone could help me out with these errors and talk to me over msn;
Than I would greatly appreciate it. Or over TV.

Attached is the cq Database.

If you didn't have it than that would cause the problem.

Also make sure that the username & password combination is "allowed" in appserv or whatever your using.

You may need the MySql Connector/ODBC
