Hi,Guys i cant open navicat site to download navicat mysql i think they blocking my country nvm can any one upload it please?

its navicat.com link as i said i cant open navicat site i thnik they blocking our country im from sudan and many sites are blocking us united thing .etc please some one upload here or in any other place
