"Unable to connect to any of the specified mysql hosts!" thats the error that appears when I open the Co Account Server can someone help me please?

The answer is right there. Right in front of your face.

But this is all I am going to say - You don't have a MySQL server running on whatever IP you put into the field.

Goto Original TQ Conquer Online Source\zfserver\MYSQL\bin open winmysqladmin then open ur acc server and enjoy
