[Request] TQ Binaries

Uh, I understand there are multiple guides out there for setting up TQ Binaries and blahblah, but I wanted to see if anyone in particular would give me a hand (1 on 1) setting up a basic server from it. I'd really appreciate if anyone could do it. Thanks.

I've tried to set up TQ Binaries by following a few guides from 4botters. But I get the same error, it says like "Error: Login: test password: test port: 3366 (forgot which port)" this is when I try to run MsgServer or Npcserver etc.... and Yes winmysql is open and I logged in as test and test.
