TQ Binnarys problem....

Hey guys when i host the exe i start:
Accserver
MsgServer
NpcServer
But when i log in and test it.....i don't see monsters,guards.....
what is the problem???can any1 tell me??
+ 1 Question how can i use the sql files???
sory for this noob questions but i need the answers ....
