TQ Binaries issue

I have come across a small issue, and was wondering if anyone else has found it as well. What I found is if you delete or modify the account and or user that came with the binaries it corrupts the cq_action table, i.e. ArtisanOu no longer sockets weapons. ArtisanOu worked fine even after I started using the Acc server from Tw3aK. When I deleted the account or even modified it, ArtisanOu stopped working. I have restored my back up several times. Any ideas on how or where to look would be appreciated. Thanks in advance...
