We're currently allowing users to register and connect to test out various things (the server might go down and up without notice, sorry in advance). Keep in mind, the server will not be very densely populated so I recommend you bring a friend to mess around with to pass the time. A small recommendation loft in jail or pka so people can find you!!

CSV3 is a closed-source projected aimed at creating a fully functional source for the newest patch of Conquer. We are currently in a command-phase where only one server is available where players have access to a myriad of commands to experiment and customize their characters with (you can think of this like Old-QO, HCO, or ACO v1). We are working towards implementing all the features of Conquer, however, once fully implemented, we may choose not to use said features (i.e. battle power). Once said features have been completed, we will launch a second sever parallel to our test/PvP server which will incorporate a leveling system of some sort (this may differ from Conquer's).
When we think the sever is in a playable state, we will launch a website/forum, as well as our game server. I will continue to use this thread to update the project status. All the old files are available in the old repository, feel free to use them as you see fit (I personally think it's more than enough for a base to get started at this point -- but I doubt anyone will use it... derp).
We are currently looking for adequate web developers who are interested in setting up a website as well as administrating a forum. If you feel this is you, please feel free to send me a PM (fluent English required).

CSV3 is targeted at the newest version of Conquer. It's goal is to achieve an implementation of all the standard features that retail Conquer Online incorporates (which can easily be disabled, or removed, i.e. many people hate battle power, however, some like it).
Ah, you posted it to the public I see. Anyway, I'm rather glad that you decided to use a bypass (namely, hooking.) to get around the password encryption, instead of actually implementing the cipher. This way, it will take a bit more effort on anyone else's end to try and implement this into their "own" server.
Either way, took a quick look at the repository, and it is very well done. Should people actually keep up with this, it should prove to be very valuable in regards to the knowledge that they can gain from it.
And it's public. Even though you say to not make guides for the hook thing and to give credits for stuff, I have the feeling that certain types of members would ignore both statements.

You win some, you lose some. I've learned to deal with it.
If anyone is interested in contributing to CSV3, please get into contact with me. I'm almost sure that I can find something for you to do so long as you're not completely new to coding.
