First off, CPs and DragonBalls cannot be hacked. All items are stored on the server side, not client side. So even if you do edit them on your end, they will not be changed on the server.

Second, we're not going to assist you in hacking other people and/or gaining from hacking other people. At ElitePvPers, we hack games, not people.
