You can open magictype.dat in Notepad++ (what I use for php, java, and a few other languages) and edit it in there without it ******** up, but it definitely looks all messy

P.S
when adding a new skill that way, do not hit Enter for a new line. Enter inserts a CrLf, MagicTye.dat uses only the Lf symbol (character 0x0D i think) for a new line.

You need to extract it from the 3dtexture.ini

It will be in the folder "ice01"

I dont believe thats true as long as all patches usually only add or rewrite them

anyway looks not bad

i have basicly completed
implamenting the skill in the tqbins

but since my client setup is from a higher version

the new versions of the client like 5069 setup.exe does not
include the textures for this skill anymore.

thats why i was asking if any1 had the texture since i cannot
get a client going back that far to get the skill texture.

Here, I uploaded the texture... Let's just hope if you're lacking it that a mesh is still available for it. Anyway, simply extract, then copy and past into c3/effects.
