guys i wanna knw if there is a way to deal with 5095 using c# instead of navi like creating dialogs for npcs and dropping cases using methods writing packets not following actions and tasks !!

Navi? Like Navicat? If so, that is a MySQL CLIENT. Not DATABASE.

.... Binaries cannot be modified (for all intensive purposes). You only have access to the .exe files and the database. Nothing more.
