I need for my new host server project of the Conquer Online, the database will remain on my pc, I need this up at least 15 hours per day and with fixed ip candidates can enter the web or
The server now is open on my computer but do not have a bandwidth to keep it stable

A fixed (STATIC DUH!!) IP adress isn`t really cheap. Your bet would be no-ip and an auto updater for the server.dat
